SO ANGRY!!!
Haiz... really dislike to do run errands for ppl at the last minute... the other time helped mum to go to SGH to collect medicine den another to TTSH... Yesterday help uncle to pay his bills at courts... but of course, that is nt wat i am angry abt... this just a small matter... just tt my plans for that day have to amend... so i left home earlier to get to central to pay the bills... and thought might as well get some facial product over at Central... so went to lee wah, the shop beside lee wah, NTUC, watsons to compare prices... erm, yes, u can call me cheapskate... BUT anyway, realised that LW is offering the cheapest price and certainly i will go back and get that mah... after roaming ard, paying the bills, i went back to LW @4.30pm to get marvel gel which is written as $14.90 over the shelf... so i went over to queue for payment... i took out $14 and search for coins to make up 90cents... but apparentally only got 50 cents... no choice... took out another $2 and that makes $16... so when it;s my turn, (there were 2 staffs.. one as a cashier and the other help to pack the stuffs) the second one took the gel and the $16 one after another from me... den when the cashier keyed in the barcode, i realised there is a discount and the price reduces to $12.50.. so i tell the cashier, opps.. given u $16... but the cashier insisted that i only give her $14... and is very sure that i give her $14... cos she rem how she put the notes... wat the heck man... as though all the notes i given her are in the same manner... i stayed cool and explained that i have 4 $2 notes with me and now i am only left with 1 $2 note.. den the cashier keep insisting that i given her only $14... of course i want to pursue further as i am accused!!!! and make it as though i want to cheat money.. HELLO!! IF I WANT TO CHEAT YOUR MONEY I MIGHT AS WELL SAY I GIVE YOU A $100 NOTE AND 2 $2 NOTE.. I STAnD TO GAIN MORE OKIE!!! AND THIS IS ONLY $2... CHEAT YOUR $$ FOR WAT???? as i am very very sure that i give her $16.. and rem that i counted again before giving the other fellow.. there is no point forgetting everything as i noe i am RIGHT!! if i were to say nvm den, it will sure make it as though it's me who is making a big fuss over it.. so i decided that i must stood by my claim and see wat they do... so they kept insisting that i only give her $14.. and den i also keep iinsisting that i given $16... so the other fellow told another staff which i believe is more superior the situation.. so that fellow say have to do closing to count all the money... at the thought of that i was like WAT!! that means i have to wait... wat the heck man!!! i am going to be late for work and u ask me to wait further... COOL HUH?? i actually wanted to tell them forget it as i dun want to wait... but perhaps my principle hold me back... insisted that i stayed on and see who;s right and who;s wrong... it was TOTALLY EMBARRASSING to stand there and wait... cos everyone looking over my side to check out wat's wrong and it really make me look like an idiot that is being so calculative over JUST $2... it really quite some time to finish counting... she even have to count the coins one by one... damn it.. lucky they didnt touch their float which is like AT LEAST 100 $2 notes.... if they have to count that as well i think i dun have to go to work already... so after waiting and waiting... the answer is that they indeed have excess $$ and that senior staff returned me my $2 and a word sorry... wat the heck man... First of all, the money is handled by 2 person before putting it to the cash register... u mean u all dun have to check how much i give you before u give me the change!!! wat if a customer were to give u 3 $100 notes instead of just one.. wow... i pity the customer who patronised the store, who gave trust in you for ur prdts... and u ppl returned the trust with carelessness...Secondly, when i tell them i am very sure that i gave them $16, they threw a doubtful look over... making me looking like a idiot trying to cheat $2... a person with no credibility at all.. wat an embarrassing moment of my life... a calculative fool trying to argue over $2... Then, i strongly feel that the senior staff didnt apologised sincerely... just a word, "sorry" and case closed... BUT THAT IS NT THE WORSE... the cashier who insisted that i given her $14 didnt even apologised... although she looked as though she noe it's her fault, still she shld at least APOLOGISE!!!!!!! shouldn't that be the case???? HEY THAT IS THE BASIC MANNERS!!!Putting customer service aside, it's really basic manners to apologise if u accused a person wrongly!!! MADE ME WAITED AND WAITED, MADE ME LOOKED AND FELT LIKE A FOOL, MADE ME LATE FOR WORK... if i have the time, i would have fired them there after making me wait, wasting my time...
